The Enterprise Hunter Solutions Architecture Team aims to land new users adopt prescriptive solutions that drive their growth and success. We work with C-level executives, finance leaders, product design and engineering teams at global brands who are building financial services solutions with Stripe. Our SA team works closely with Account Executives, Professional Services, Partners, and Product Teams to develop our strategy for winning new users.

This role requires great interpersonal skills to work cross functionally as a trusted advisor to both our sales, partner and professional services teams. This role will aslo play an important role in helping shape our product and messaging with our product development and marketing teams. As a manager/leader of Solution Architecture for our new business, you will recruit, lead, and mentor a world class pre-sales engineering team to grow our user base through new deals. You will drive collaboration from cross-functional teams to influence and unify stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive business results. You will lead from the front and drive outcomes for our users.
You must have at least 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience and 10+ years’ experience within a technical sales / consulting / implementation/ GTM function
The annual US base salary range for this role is $212,000 - $318,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
