The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Programs team supports Stripe’s mission (to ‘Increase the GDP of the Internet’) by empowering the GTM organization to achieve their goals through transformational programs that bring GTM’s strategy to life. Our Program Managers are focused on solving GTM’s most pressing challenges. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguous global-scale programs, with multi-layered stakeholder management and significant cross-functional team engagement. The ideal candidate will: (1) have worked in a hypergrowth technology/GTM org or comes from a strategic consulting background, (2) has superior communication skills to work across the most senior stakeholders across different functions, and (3) thrives when solving complex problems with limited oversight.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $140,700 - $211,100. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
