Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Help define and amplify the Stripe story and connect our products with our users.

Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to generate insights that inform Stripe’s product strategy, lead go-to-market for our suite of products, and create and execute campaigns that drive product growth. Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at Stripe, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, Sales, Design, Developer Relations, and Communications. Unlike many other Product Marketing teams, our team works across the entire product lifecycle—from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption after launch.

What you’ll do

As the regional product marketing lead for Latin America, you will champion the needs of users across the region and help define and develop a strong, trusted brand in the market. You will connect product, sales, and marketing to support Stripe’s growth while delivering successful user outcomes. Based in Mexico City, you will bring deep regional insight to Stripe’s product strategy and go-to-market execution across Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of regional product marketing priorities that drive growth for businesses across Latin America with a focus on Mexico, in close partnership with Product, go-to-market, and Marketing teams
  • Develop deep expertise in the needs of current and prospective users through user research, competitive landscape analysis, and product knowledge
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain market-specific value propositions, narratives, and messaging for marketing content, campaigns, and sales collateral
  • Drive high-quality product launches and adoption by partnering with Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Communications, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams
  • Improve seller effectiveness across the region through product and solution training, market-specific content and tools, and field support
  • Monitor indicators of product adoption, usage, and satisfaction to identify barriers and opportunities across the regional growth funnel
  • Partner with country and regional marketing teams to develop content programs for priority events, integrated campaigns, and ongoing demand generation

In-office expectations

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.

Pay and benefits

Stripe does not yet include pay ranges in job postings in every country. Stripe strongly values pay transparency and is working toward pay transparency globally.
