## Who we are

### About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

### About the team

The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and leading transformational programs across Marketing, Self-serve, Startup and Sales Development. We create the processes and conditions that enable high performance across teams and help Stripe scale with focus and discipline.

We partner closely with the CMO, Marketing and Sales Development leadership team to define strategy, lead operational planning, and steward execution across global programs.

Our work spans cross-functional efforts that are critical to Stripe’s growth. From delivering strategic insights and frameworks to leading complex initiatives, we focus on what moves the needle most for the business. We care about results, not activity, and we have fun doing it. If you like hard problems, are analytical, and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from you.

## What you’ll do

### Responsibilities

* Drive our annual strategic plan and operating plan, working in partnership with our CMO and marketing leadership team to define our must-wins, build plans to win, and allocate our resources to deliver on the plan.
* Define our most critical OKRs that instill transparent, data-driven accountability for delivering our strategy to Stripe leadership.
* Quarterback an agile, automated, data-driven reporting process and tool to manage OKRs.
* Run the core rhythms of the business on behalf of the CMO to focus attention, inspection, and strategic steers in the right places at the right time.
* Lead content on behalf of Marketing and Sales Dev for all monthly/quarterly business reviews, in close partnership with Finance, GTM, and Corporate Operations.
* Use data to tell a compelling story and drive alignment on where we’re winning and where we need to focus.
* Leverage an AI-first approach to aggressively automate marketing reporting.
* Independently scope and lead strategic programs to solve high-impact problems. This includes developing frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution drives measurable outcomes.
* Bring clarity to ambiguity. You’ll navigate complexity, distill insight from noise, resolve issues quickly, and empower teams to make smart, confident decisions.
* Drive analysis and research that will help inform Stripe’s overall strategy and help us make the right long-term decisions.
* Work directly with senior leaders across the company and with cross-functional partners to accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs.
