You'll work closely with several teams of engineers and PMs to shape products used by Stripe employees across engineering, operations, finance, and beyond. This is a high-impact role for a designer who finds as much satisfaction in untangling complex workflows and dense information architectures as in crafting polished interfaces.
You'll take ownership of two spaces within our internal tooling portfolio: Developer Productivity, focused on ensuring every engineer at Stripe has the tools to be productive, and Collaboration, focused on knowledge discovery and communication at scale. You'll pair with an existing designer on the team to bring design quality and consistency to surfaces that are critical to how Stripe operates internally.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $146,600 - $219,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
