• You have reviewed the business information you have provided while opening your account, including Beneficial Ownership information, and certify that it is correct.
  
• You have read and agree to the Requirements for Administering a Stripe Issuing Card Program, including the Services Agreement and E-SIGN policy.
  
• You understand that Stripe Issuing Spend Card Program Cards are issued by Celtic Bank, member FDIC, and agree to the Celtic Bank Privacy Policy.
  
• You have read and understood the Spend Card Apple Pay Terms and Conditions.
