返金を受ける権利
お客様から別の指示があった場合を除き、Stripe Payments Company がお客様からの資金の受領後 10 日以内に、受領した資金を転送しなかった場合や、指定された受取人に同額の資金を送る指示を出さなかった場合、お客様には本契約に基づいて返金を受け取る権利があります。
資金の転送や移動のタイミングに関するお客様の指示が履行されず、資金の転送や移動が実行されていない場合、お客様には返金を受ける権利があります。
返金を希望される場合は、書面によるリクエストを Stripe Payments Company (住所: 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, California, 94080) まで郵送または送付してください。返金がなされない場合、Section 2102 of the California Financial Code (カリフォルニア州金融法第 2102 条) に基づき、返金対象額の回収に加え、最大 1,000 ドルの違約金および弁護士費用の請求が認められる場合があります。
