As an Enterprise Account Executive, Existing Business, you’ll be managing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand Stripe’s footprint within existing accounts. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can execute on long-term sales strategies, engage with internal and external stakeholders, align on technical and business requirements with product teams, build value in competitive situations, lead commercial negotiations, and close deals.
You are a proven salesperson who can sell value to CTOs, COOs, and CFOs at upper‑middle market or enterprise accounts. You’ll lead complex, multi‑stakeholder, consultative deals, build value in competitive situations, and translate deep product and technical knowledge into business outcomes. You’re analytical, enjoy modeling ROI, and can prospect and run a sales cycle independently. You’ll also help shape our sales process, value proposition, and sales assets. The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is A$306,500 - A$459,700. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
