The Startup Products team builds Stripe Atlas and other products that help founders start and run a company, from anywhere in the world. We believe that startups are one of the most effective ways to solve the world's problems, and we want to give founders a running start — and keep them running. We help founders form their company, raise capital, execute critical legal agreements, access the internet's best tools, and automate operations while feeling ambitious, smart, and assured. Our team is composed of high-agency, high-ownership product thinkers, who genuinely care about helping founders and making it easier to start and run a startup. Every person on the team is responsible for making our product the best it can be, and for ensuring our roadmap contains the highest impact ships for founders.
As a product manager on the Startup Products team, you’ll gain a deep understanding of what early stage founders need to get their company off the ground, identify the most important pain points to solve, help set the product strategy, scope product features and technical infrastructure, collaborate with design, drive execution with engineering, craft product marketing, and plan for go-to-market.

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
The annual US base salary range for this role is $178,600 - $268,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
