Stripe's Corporate Development M&A Integration team manages the lifecycle of acquisitions from close through steady state. We are a small but mighty team that operates as the hub connecting Stripe's functional groups (People, Finance, Legal, CorpTech, Sales, Marketing, GTM ops, and Product) with each acquired company. Our work is directly tied to some of Stripe's most strategically important bets, and we're actively managing a portfolio of acquisitions at different stages and integration models.
We're hiring an Integration team member to own program management of a major integration track (either an end-to-end integration, the core operational workstream, or the GTM workstream) depending on portfolio shape and deal stage. You'll be coached by the team lead, but the expectation is that you will take direction once, ramp fast and effectively collaborate across our dynamic cross-functional teams.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $152,000 - $228,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
