The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Programs team supports Stripe's mission (to "Increase the GDP of the internet") by building GTM strategy, bringing it to life through incubation programs, and providing program management expertise across global, cross-functional programs. Our Program Managers are focused on solving GTM's most pressing challenges. We're looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguous global-scale programs, with multi-layered stakeholder management and significant cross-functional team engagement. You have worked in a hypergrowth technology or GTM org or come from a strategic consulting background, have superior communication skills to work across the most senior stakeholders across different functions, and thrive when solving complex problems with limited oversight.

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
The annual US base salary range for this role is $155,800 - $233,600. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
