About the team
The EMEA Large Midmarket Renewals & Growth team is a strategic sales organization responsible for maximizing the lifetime value of Stripe's existing midmarket relationships across EMEA. This team drives revenue expansion through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives with established customers.
What you'll do
As Senior Sales Manager for EMEA SMB & Midmarket Renewals & Growth at Stripe, you'll lead a significant organization of 30+ professionals, including 4 direct-report managers, focused exclusively on expanding existing relationships footprint. You'll be responsible for orchestrating high-value renewals & expansions, developing systematic approaches to account growth & cross-sell, and establishing Stripe as the strategic financial infrastructure partner for our most valuable small and midmarket customers across EMEA.

Minimum requirements
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €248,000 - €372,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
