The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with experience across facilitation, content design, program implementation, effective stakeholder engagement, and operations.
Responsibilities
This is a unique opportunity to bring to life Stripe’s talent strategy in CDMX, serving as a vital bridge between multiple global programs and local implementation.

- Facilitate new employee onboarding (Stripe 101) in-person from our Mexico City office approximately every two weeks, Monday–Wednesday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm.
- Apply effective facilitation techniques for groups of varying sizes to foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment; collaborate with business facilitators to ensure delivery readiness, offering feedback and encouragement
- Facilitate select all-Stripe and manager development skill-building workshops as needed (virtual or in-person)
- Contribute to CDMX-specific manager and leadership development sessions focused on difficult conversations, de-escalation, and leadership judgment, supporting both small and large group facilitation and quarterly refreshers
Content Development
- Learn and deliver high-quality presentations grounded in adult learning principles and facilitation best practices to ensure content lands effectively
- Support ongoing content updates in partnership with subject matter experts and senior team members, incorporating participant feedback and reflecting Stripe's current strategy
Program Implementation
- Identify opportunities to utilize AI to optimize and automate onboarding workflows, tools, and experiences
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable improvements to programs
- Provide a positive experience by answering questions and addressing issues for new Stripes
- Contribute to evaluating session effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback, metrics, and flagging opportunities for improvement to program leads
- Collaborate with global facilitator team members and cross-team program managers to stay aligned and share learnings across regions
Employee Engagement
- Assist the ER team's preventative programming efforts by helping develop and co-facilitate quarterly small group sessions that guide employees and managers toward the right internal channels for raising issues
- Partner with Employee Relations and People Consultants to improve the experience, engagement and efficiency of CDMX Stripes and teams
- Serve as a key member of the local site team, supporting the site with the rollout of engagement programs and community-building activities
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in relevant L&D, instructional design, or leadership development roles
- Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale development programs
- Strong facilitation skills and commanding presence in both in-person (IRL) and virtual environments

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to convey concepts clearly to participants of varying backgrounds
- Experience working with managers and leaders on learning initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working as part of a cross-functional team
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, consistent program delivery
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, reliability, and discretion in all aspects of the role
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
