As a Sales Development Manager at Stripe, you will architect the next phase of our growth strategy by leading an elite team of SDRs in Sydney. Minimum requirements
2+ years of people management experience or Senior Account Executive experience with a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing SDRs/BDRs

Experience in building teams with a strong network across the countries you’ll support.
A proven understanding of the AUNZ market. Ability to lead a team that will support pipeline growth for Australia / New Zealand across all segments.
Experience leading inbound/ outbound sales and operations in an early stage, high-growth technology environment.
Proven track record of high performance in a pipeline generating or closing role.
Ability to create and execute a pipeline strategy for the country you’ll be leading.
Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team.
Ability to build relationships with strategic clients and industry thought leaders.
Demonstrated passion for start-ups and new technology businesses.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and build great relationships with highly technical customers.
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is A$247,500 - A$477,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
