Treasury is developing APIs and UI components to empower businesses to launch embedded finance product offerings. We help businesses deploy novel financial use cases for their customers that rely on fully programmable funds management.
We’re looking for an engineering manager to join the existing leadership team and to help lead the Treasury Engineering team. You’ll be responsible for expanding and developing the team. You’ll drive pillar vision and roadmap. You’ll lead our coordination with product teams, operations teams, and other engineering teams at Stripe. We’re looking for a leader with a strong background in building scalable products. We need someone who is comfortable in a fast-moving environment with lots of moving pieces.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $224,300 - $336,500. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
