The Startup & SMB team is a highly consultative sales team that is responsible for the growth of Stripe’s largest and fastest growing Startup and SMB customers. As an Account Executive, SMB team member, you’ll identify new opportunities for our clients to get the most out of Stripe by quickly understanding our clients’ needs, execute scaled sales strategies to close upsell and renewals with existing Stripe customers, and drive end-to-end campaigns to increase adoption of Stripe’s offering.
As an Account Executive, Startup SaaS Platforms at Stripe, you will drive Stripe’s future growth engine by partnering with prospective and existing SaaS platform clients, and helping them monetize payments through Stripe Connect. Payment monetization is the fastest growing trend in SaaS today and Stripe is at the forefront of enabling businesses to build new revenue streams, support their customers better, and internationalise quickly.
We’re looking for a well-rounded strategic seller who can build strong relationships with Stripe’s clients and manage high velocity deal cycles.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €122,400 - €183,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
