The Global Payments Performance team is part of Stripe’s broader Customer Success organization and the team’s mission is to help Stripe and its users reduce costs, optimize conversion, reduce fraud, and effectively respond to changes in the payments landscape. Today, Stripe is live in 42+ markets and the team is situated across multiple global offices to support Stripe’s growth around the world.
We are looking for a Payment Performance leader to set and execute the strategy for the Americas team including supporting new user adoption of Stripe, existing user growth through payment excellence, increasing the early success our new payments users have with Stripe, and increasing our visibility across the payment industry. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity; think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges; as well as earn trust with and influence others. A strong sense of ownership, drive to have an impact, and entrepreneurial spirit are musts.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $208,100 - $312,100. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
