This role is dedicated to developing high quality, scalable creative across internal and external events. It sits within the Design team. Experience producing creative/design at scale is a mandatory. This role does not sit within Marketing or Corp Events.
You will be responsible for leading end to end creative production across key Experiential programs. You will partner closely with our Experiential CD to understand the vision, and then work side by side with our designers to execute it successfully. While this role is for a producer, our teams play hybrid roles throughout the course of a project - sometimes it’s more program or project management, sometimes it’s more creative production.
Identify new ways to scale and build actionable paths forward
Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale
Partner closely with the Experiential CD and Experiential EP to further scale and evolve event design at Stripe; optimize processes to streamline how work is done
Partner closely with the Corporate Events team to ensure smooth execution and integration of event brand design across all surfaces
Ensure strong collaboration with leadership, creatives, cross-functional partners, and vendors
Own project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, standing meetings, org-wide updates, and Slack
Connect silos, socialize changes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable solutions for escalation to Brand Studio leadership
Navigate challenges and blockers with ease; proactive in finding solutions, and always looking ahead for the team
Uphold and advocate for creative quality with cross-functional teams and vendors to exceed engagement and registration goals
Inspire and sustain a culture of excellence by collaborating with creatives in best practices and processes

Creative producers at Stripe demonstrate passion for great design and execution, and have strong design sense. They’re experts in diving deep into details, expanding, evolving, defining, and documenting flexible systems and processes that achieve bar-raising quality and consistency at scale.
The ideal candidate excels at keeping the work on track while maintaining (and raising) the bar on craft. They offer options and tradeoffs, crisply articulate decisions, iterate quickly, and collaborate seamlessly with senior leadership, marketers, creatives, and agency partners. Most importantly, they are meticulous when it comes to details.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,900 - $226,300. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
