As the Insurance Lead, you will drive partner strategy across the Financial Services Insurance industry, delivering the credibility and thought leadership needed to build and scale relationships with partners’ Insurance practices and grow joint business value. In close alignment with Industry GTM, Product, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product Marketing, this role leads development of value-driven, Insurance-specific solutions that support users and create new sources of value for users and Stripe.
You will define and align Insurance-focused solutions with select partners and broader customer and digital transformation initiatives where agentic commerce, payments, and billing are cornerstones. Success is measured by partner-led new user acquisition and revenue growth.

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
The annual US base salary range for this role is $172,900 - $259,300. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
