Stripe’s Global People Support team (GPS) is a highly collaborative, cross-functional team that drives key support for the People function and all employees globally. In Global People Support, you’ll be part of the team that is at the heart of the HR experience at Stripe. In this role, your mission will be to uphold and promote our core values and culture. You will be responsible for managing our Specialized Operations (US) and Centralized Operations teams (Bangalore), who both partner with front line managers and individual contributors on all things people-related and execute on the coinciding operations processes on the back end. You’ll partner closely with our People leaders and partners on the services we provide for them (processing transactions, responding to inquiries, conducting audits, improving the services we deliver, etc.).
You will instill a culture of strong operational execution across the team, ensuring that processes are not just documented but followed with rigor and precision. You will be the champion for operational excellence, driving the team to move beyond simply identifying issues to owning the root-cause analysis, implementing timely remediation, and ensuring full follow-through.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $174,500 - $261,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
