The Enterprise Sales team partners with some of the world’s largest and most innovative businesses to help them leverage Stripe’s technology to launch new business models and reach new markets. As a Manager on the Enterprise New Business team, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring and expanding Stripe’s footprint within the Enterprise segment. You’ll help define how Stripe engages with new customers, build repeatable sales motion, and drive meaningful revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of industries.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $293,200 - $439,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
