About the team The Global Partnerships team develops and manages relationships with our most critical technology and ecosystem partners. The team executes on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with these partners across new products, geographic expansion, user advocacy, and policy. These partnerships have a significant impact on Stripe and the products used by millions of our users. The Crypto Partnerships team, which sits within the Partnerships organization, is a vital arm of Stripe’s crypto ecosystem growth and plays a crucial role in our mission to innovate within the crypto space. Our team is responsible for developing and managing Stripe’s relationships with crypto ecosystem players that enhance Stripe’s suite of crypto products.
We are looking for a new member to join our team to develop and execute high-impact initiatives with both new and existing crypto partners. In this role, you will be responsible for managing critical aspects of our partner relationships and executing high-impact initiatives that drive our vision forward, including impactful programs. Your efforts will include building compelling internal business cases, spearheading deal negotiations, and ensuring seamless execution, all while coordinating priorities and aligning objectives with both internal teams and our partners. A thorough understanding of the crypto ecosystem is essential, along with a proven track record of building meaningful partnerships by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, etc.). Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders and executives from our external partners, making your influence felt throughout the organization.

Minimum Requirements
This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
The annual US base salary range for this role is $181,200 - $271,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
