About the team

Go-To-Market Operations (GTM Ops) is responsible for driving the overall productivity of our Go To Market Organisation (Sales, Sales Development Reps, Technical Services, Partner & Customer Success), helping our leaders run the day-to-day business, removing friction for GTM teams and innovating/scaling Stripe’s GTM operating model for future scale.

What you’ll do

You will drive the overall Operating Rhythm related to Stripe’s pipeline creation motions. You will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Office, and leaders from Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, etc. to define, provide insights, and support execution of our pipeline creation motion. You will Align our demand plan, programs, measurement & attribution across Marketing, Sales & our Partner organizations. You align closely with our head of Sales Development team to measure the business and improve our SDR productivity. You will build a new motion for Stripe in executing pipeline programs at scale.

Responsibilities

  • You will drive the overall Operating Rhythm related to Stripe’s pipeline creation motions, including Stripe’s Demand Council - including aligning our demand plan, programs, measurement and attribution across Marketing, Sales & our Partner organizations 
  • Develop and instrument models to understand our conversion funnel from marketing activities to marketing leads to sales leads to closed opportunities
  • Align closely with our head of Sales Development team to measure the business and improve our SDR productivity
  • Build a motion of executing pipeline programs in the field 
  • Set and track GTM Stripe Objectives & Key Results (SOKRs)
  • Hire, develop and retain a team of high performing individuals to help execute our mission

Who you are

Minimum requirements

  • 16+ YOE, with 12+ relevant experience, and at least 8+ YOE in GTM Operations supporting a mid-to-large scale, global GTM org
  • Proven experience leading demand and revenue program initiatives (e.g. Demand Generation, Sales Development etc.) 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a strong and efficient operating rhythm and governance
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable insights, deliverables, messages, and proposals
  • Strong strategic storytelling, written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of creating impactful presentation and memos for senior leaders
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills, a motivated self-starter that is proactive and action-oriented
  • Proven ability to execute in a dynamic business environment: prioritization of deliverable and tasks, sound business judgment, influencing stakeholders, taking ownership leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
  • Experience in a rapidly growing organization 
  • Previous experience leading and developing top talent

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $271,600 - $407,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
