Go-To-Market Operations (GTM Ops) is responsible for driving the overall productivity of our Go To Market Organisation (Sales, Sales Development Reps, Technical Services, Partner & Customer Success), helping our leaders run the day-to-day business, removing friction for GTM teams and innovating/scaling Stripe’s GTM operating model for future scale.
You will drive the overall Operating Rhythm related to Stripe’s pipeline creation motions. You will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Office, and leaders from Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, etc. to define, provide insights, and support execution of our pipeline creation motion. You will Align our demand plan, programs, measurement & attribution across Marketing, Sales & our Partner organizations. You align closely with our head of Sales Development team to measure the business and improve our SDR productivity. You will build a new motion for Stripe in executing pipeline programs at scale.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $271,600 - $407,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
