  • Source, build and approve engaging, impactful, and scalable sales content, including training collateral, sales playbooks, and other assets
  • Ensure consistent quality for sales-facing messaging, positioning, and value propositions across all enablement materials.
  • Help the global enablement team ensure our sales enablement content repository is easily and readily accessible and kept up to date on an ongoing basis.
  • Continually track content adoption & utilisation and incorporate feedback to optimise programs and drive continuous improvement.

Who you are:

  • You have a proven track record of 10+ years in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on designing and delivering effective sales support programs.
  • You possess excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
  • You are able to drive deliverables with pace and urgency, can influence stakeholders, build consensus and lead with clarity - you are a player-coach who can motivate others.
  • You are a strategic thinker who can align product marketing and sales enablement initiatives with broader business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
  • You're both a content creator and also someone who can build through others
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excel at working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
  • You have a deep understanding of sales processes, buyer personas, and the overall customer journey.
  • You are data-driven and adept at using analytics to measure the impact of your programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • You are passionate about technology and excited to learn about new products and solutions.

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related field
  • Experience of supporting the enterprise sales channel and related sales roles. A background supporting successful, value based, complex business sales will be needed to create credibility in front of sales leaders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement and training tools and technologies

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services, software or technology industry
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and the role marketing plays

Hybrid work at Stripe

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $193,000 - $289,600. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
