The Risk and Compliance platform team at Stripe plays a dual role in shaping the future of financial infrastructure. Our mission is twofold: to build a robust platform for Stripe to efficiently manage Risk - identifying and mitigating fraud at a global scale, and to ensure seamless Compliance - helping users navigate complex legal landscapes around the world. We operate at the intersection of technology and finance, building systems that scale across multiple countries, each with its own regulatory environment. Our team is pivotal in supporting Stripe's expansion, ensuring that risk management and compliance are integrated seamlessly into the user experience and our internal processes.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $185,000 - $250,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
