Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Improving product adoption for enterprises is critical for so many reasons – our most beloved startups have grown into large, complex users, and at the same time, traditional enterprises are looking to us to help them in their digital transformation journey. For us to realize our mission to grow the GDP of the internet, we must evolve as an organization and become an excellent partner to enterprise users. Because of this, building an excellent enterprise engine is one of our top 4 Company Catalysts.

Our Enterprise team is responsible for ensuring all of Stripe’s products best fit the unique needs of global modernizing enterprises. Our Enterprise product extends beyond our APIs and dashboards – to Enterprise executive engagement, our perception in the market, how we partner with our users to bring them live, and a users’ day-to-day interaction with our support teams; these elements are all part of the Product experience for our users.

In this role, you will be part of a small team leading the charge to execute on this highly cross-functional mandate. This involves diving deep into our Enterprise business, diagnosing the challenges we face, identifying initiatives that will drive the most impact for users, coming up with solutions, and then executing on them through our Enterprise Engine program.

We are at an inflection point for Enterprise – it is one of our company-wide catalysts, and we have support across the organization to truly accelerate.  You will have the opportunity to shape, from the ground up, this initiative and team as we look to drive significant transformation this year in our Enterprise offering.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will work cross-functionally within our group and across Stripe’s technical and user-facing teams to solve problems and design workflows that benefit our users.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the evolution of the Enterprise strategy and product roadmap; examples include the program’s vision, target metrics, prioritization, and tactical approach
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders across Enterprise and other Stripe teams (e.g., product teams, marketing, sales, support) to achieve the goals of the Enterprise Engine Catalyst
  • Build and refine scalable processes required to effectively run and scale the Enterprise Engine program
  • Contribute to business planning and “run the business” processes and deliverables
  • Take on projects that could involve revamping / evolving processes, or investigating entirely first-of-kind challenges that we are facing
  • Define and help implement the most important drivers that will close our holistic product gaps and improve our users’ overall experience
  • Develop an understanding of the key business drivers that impact our Enteprise funnel and results, and formulate plans to tackle roadblocks
  • Drive analyses and research that will help us make the right decisions for Stripe and our Enterprise users
  • Support teams in commercialization of Enteprise features and capabilities
  • Investigate pricing and packaging solutions for Enterprises

A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. The annual US base salary range for this role is $152,700 - $229,100. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
