The Stripe Tax Capabilities team is Europe-based and focuses on building a scalable and reliable platform that accelerates product development, reduces long-term maintenance costs, and enables new business capabilities across Stripe and its partners.
We are seeking a highly experienced leader with a proven track record in developing and executing a multi-year strategy, developing partnerships with third-party partners, driving execution on complex cross-functional initiatives, building a scalable and reliable platform, upholding engineering standards, and recruiting and developing engineers.
You will be directly responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale technical efforts and will serve as a world-class coach and leader for Stripe engineers.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
