As Jotform’s user base grew to over 15 million worldwide, one of its top user requests was to offer payment integrations that could support local payment methods. Jotform users operate all over the world, and it wanted to be able to offer payment options that matched the regional preferences of its customers. Jotform needed a solution that it could implement with minimal integration time and maintenance, while still allowing its users to customise their checkout pages to match the look and feel of their site.
Jotform selected Stripe Checkout as a preferred payment integration to offer its users. With Checkout, Jotform users could access 20+ local payment methods on web and mobile with a single integration, automatically ordered and filtered according to the customer’s device and location for a seamless user experience. Despite the breadth of payment methods, it took Jotform’s engineering team just half the time to integrate Checkout as it did with other payment processors.
Since the launch of Stripe Checkout on Jotform, many of Jotform’s customers have implemented Checkout and taken advantage of its many local payment methods. One user saw a 67% increase in conversion after switching to Checkout and now receives 18% of their transactions via alternative payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit. And since new payment methods are continually being added to Checkout, Jotform can automatically offer an increasing array of local payment methods without any additional integration work or maintenance.
