The Risk team plays a critical role in ensuring a healthy financial eco-system for businesses around the world. The Credit Operations team directly impacts the company’s bottom line and growth capabilities by supporting new and existing businesses. The Credit Operations team is responsible for conducting credit risk assessments, underwriting small and mid-size users, and proposing mitigation strategies that enable Stripe to take smart risks for our users. The team is globally distributed and regularly coordinates with stakeholders across all regions.
As the Manager of Credit Operations, you will lead a team of high-performing credit analysts and set an inspirational vision for the broader Credit organization. You will be responsible for driving the execution of short and long-term initiatives to futureproof the organization, ensuring it is well-equipped to scale and adapt to Stripe's highly complex and evolving credit landscape.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $130,200 - $195,300. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
