The Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team at Stripe aims to build an excellent sales organization that enhances user experiences through value-driven, effective, and growth-supportive practices. What you’ll do
As an Instructional Designer on the Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team, you will play an important role in building our learning library to ensure our sales teams have a consistent and strong foundation in Stripe products, sales processes and tools, sales skills, and business expertise. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging, relevant, and effective training materials that address the key learning needs of our sales organization.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $107,900 - $161,900. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
