We are seeking a highly capable, strategic and collaborative Real Estate Portfolio Strategist to join our team. As part of a nimble and dynamic pillar, you will be responsible for driving the development of strategic analyses, scenarios and recommendations in support of Stripe’s global real estate portfolio strategy, translating business and workforce priorities into long-range, actionable portfolio plans. You will partner closely with Workplace, Finance and People to evaluate tradeoffs, develop strategic options, and guide critical investment and footprint decisions. This role reports to the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Strategy, based in South San Francisco.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $140,200 - $210,200. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
