As a Sales Manager, Mid Market – Existing Business, you will play a critical role in driving Stripe’s growth by leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of our go-to-market efforts with existing Mid Market customers. In this role, you will focus on deepening relationships, expanding product adoption, and maximizing customer value across Stripe’s growing Mid Market base. You will lead a team of high-performing Account Executives, supporting their development while also engaging directly with strategic accounts.

This role requires working from the Chicago office three (3) days per week.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $299,800 - $449,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
