The Global Partner Engineering and Operations (PE&O) team is a vital part of Stripe’s Global Partnerships organization, playing a key role in our overall success. We manage the technical and operational dimensions of new and existing strategic product partnerships and programs. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Program Manager to join our Global Partner Engineering & Operations (PE&O) team at Stripe. This role will focus on driving excellent partner programs – managing initiatives that service a broad set of partners and their diverse requirements. As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for an innovative Program Manager to join our team and help strengthen our relationships with payment institutions. This role requires a strong understanding of money movement, storage solutions, and the latest financial technologies. A strong background in program management, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to driving partner success are essential for this role. This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is CA$118,200 - CA$177,400. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location.
