As a New Hire Onboarding Partner on Stripe’s New Hire Programs team (part of the Talent and Development organization), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for new Stripes. This role requires extensive facilitation and program management expertise. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with deep experience facilitating in-person sessions and creating an effective and dynamic learning environment in line with Stripe’s mission and operating principles. We are seeking a candidate with experience across all aspects of new hire work, including facilitation, high quality content design, program implementation, effective stakeholder engagement, and strong operational abilities.
In this role, you’ll be reporting into the New Hire Programs team, a sub-team under the Talent & Development function.

Minimum Requirements
The annual US base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $210,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
