The Collaboration team helps Stripe employees work smarter, find information and share knowledge, get to know each other, and request and receive help from one another. The team is small and nimble, and works across a wide stack: on any given day, we discuss user interface design, data models, API design, infrastructure maintenance, search relevance, or all of the above. As an engineer on Stripe’s Collaboration team, you will be a key member of a team that acts as a force multiplier on the internal tools that Stripe uses. You will focus on building innovative GenAI-powered experiences that help Stripe employees be more productive across various tasks and activities. You will build these experiences by collaborating with multiple other teams across Stripe and experimenting with different ideas and newest technologies.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $187,500 - $281,300. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
