The Global Alliances and Channels team focuses on building, supporting and going to market with professional services firms including systems integrators, consultancies, and managed services providers. In addition, the team leads the go-to-market initiatives with our strategic technology alliance partners including SAP, SFDC, Adobe, commercetools and others. Our objective is to ensure users have access to the broadest set of solutions leveraging the Stripe platform and the deepest set of technology and industry experts, while at the same time ensuring our partners and Stripe build large, mutually beneficial businesses together.
As the global leader of Management Consulting Partnerships you will drive Stripe’s engagement with management consultants, payment advisors and other firms who operate at the board and C-suite level. These firms help the largest enterprise with their global business and transformation strategies including the development of new business models, including monetizing payments through marketplaces and platforms. Often an enterprises’ financial infrastructure is the cornerstone of these transformations and legacy players are being challenged on their innovation ability in a crowded and rapidly evolving space. Therefore, Stripe needs to continuously engage, educate and support a broad base of influencers to ensure they clearly understand the value and capabilities that Stripe brings to these initiatives, early in the process. Ensuring that Stripe is included in the right consideration sets and that these partners have access to resources in Stripe in service of their users. The leader of this function will work to engage firms directly and via scaled mechanisms partnering with product, marketing and GTM teams. The covered firms will include McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Glenbrook, CMSPI, EDG and similar, while also building a community approach with value-added payment consultants around the world Success metrics will include engagement and engagement metrics with managed firms and development of a purpose built program leading to Stripe being a preferred/short listed provider of next generation commerce transformations and platform use cases being recommended by these firms.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $221,600 - $332,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
