Bridge, a Stripe company, is a rapidly growing business and the number of developers integrating our APIs is growing quickly. We partner with developers to understand their use cases and guide them in integrating with our APIs. We’re a small but mighty team that’s expanding global coverage and is looking to make our first Activation Specialists hires in Mexico City.
In this role, you’ll work directly with developers as they integrate with Bridge APIs, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them go live successfully. You’ll play a key role in resolving early-stage technical challenges, ensuring a smooth activation experience, and accelerating time-to-value for our customers.
As an Activation Specialist, you’ll collaborate across Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams to unblock customers, improve onboarding workflows, and ensure high-quality handoffs. Beyond day-to-day activation support, you’ll contribute to the growth of our onboarding operation- enhancing areas such as workflow optimization, documentation, tooling, metrics, and reporting. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business, ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with developers, and improving processes at scale.

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing technical guidance to users during their onboarding journey with Bridge. They proactively address technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure a seamless onboarding process. They work closely with users to understand their needs, offer guidance on best practices, and anticipate and address any potential technical challenges. The Onboarding Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, escalates issues as needed, and maintains accurate records of user interactions. Their goal is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that users have a positive and successful onboarding experience with Bridge.
