We are looking for a Policy & Controls Compliance Advisory Manager experienced in the fintech and payment industry to implement and run the compliance programs across regulated APAC entities. You will be part of a team, working closely with the Head of Regulatory Compliance for APAC, to jointly build and maintain a robust regulatory compliance program in the APAC markets. This means you will be handling a wide variety of compliance-related matters, for existing regulated products and launching new products, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Stripe complies with its regulatory and licensing/registration obligations in APAC.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$189,600 - S$284,400. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
