About the team

The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. Within this, the Global Sales, Strategy & Operations organization is at the forefront of driving revenue and growth. This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of the Demand Operations team that plays an integral role in collaboratively driving high quality pipeline creation and growth at scale with Sales and Marketing.

What you’ll do

As the Demand and Pipeline Intelligence Lead, you will evolve the Operating Rhythm related to Stripe’s Pipeline creation and conversion motions across our Global and Regional Sales and Marketing teams. The goal is to surface leading insights, identify root causes for underperformance, and drive actions that will not only maintain but accelerate our rapid growth. We are looking to significantly evolve this capability to have better visibility through the entire selling cycle (i.e  Leads > Opportunities > Deals > Activations) and more actionable leadership discussions.  You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and other senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define, build, and own the future state of Operating Rhythm related to Pipeline (e.g. Op Reviews, forecasting). Design and implement a continuous improvement roadmap to address the business needs and provide more impact. Create strong stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and trust
  • Lead and manage the Global Pipeline Council forum operations, materials, discussion, and follow-ups with strong operational rigor. Manage executive level discussions that provide leading indicators, actionable insights, and robust discussions that result in clear actions to address. Incorporate Regional insights and actions into Global call
  • Partner with and enable the Regional Pipeline forums to manage business at a more granular level.  Develop ways to help them scale their operations and connect with the Global Forum.
  • Create an end to end analytical model and view of the selling cycle from Demand generation to Pipeline creation to Pipeline conversion to help drive better understanding of the business, holistic Pipeline management, and collaboration across Sales and Marketing
  • Evolve the metrics and analytics to best manage and assess our Pipeline.  Tailor industry best practices with Stripe context to create analytics that are easy to understand, key for the business, and actionable
  • Support strategic decision making by conducting deep-dives into our Pipeline to answer key questions, address issues and capitalize on opportunities
  • Support other parts of Demand Operations and SSO initiatives as needed
