The Partnerships Finance and Strategy team sits within the broader Finance and Strategy team and acts as a financial and strategic partner to Stripe’s Global Partnerships team in evaluating and executing high-impact partner deals and initiatives. Our team is responsible for providing actionable financial and analytical insights and recommendations on investment cases, commercial deals, and Stripe’s partner ecosystem, in support of Stripe’s overall business strategy, growth, and optimization. Our work is highly visible to Stripe leadership and will drive key insights and decisions for partnerships and product teams and executives.
To further this important mission, we are looking for a team member to evaluate and execute deals and initiatives with new and existing partners in close collaboration with the Global Partnerships team. As part of the role, you will build investment cases, conduct financial analysis and benchmarking on commercial partner deals, and offer recommendations and insights to Partner Development Managers and Product Managers. In addition, you will leverage your financial acumen to provide advice on strategic initiatives with partners and ongoing partner management. The role will also require close coordination internally with other cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, Pricing, Strategy and Operations, Treasury Finance, Accounting, and other Finance and Strategy teams.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £80,000 - £120,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
