We're looking for a driven and results-oriented full-stack B2B marketer with proven experience in building demand with enterprises and other companies to join us on our mission to simplify global money movement through stablecoins. As Bridge’s first marketing hire, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the global marketing strategy, focusing on raising awareness of Bridge’s stablecoin-based solutions and driving demand among both prospects and existing users. Additionally, you’ll serve as the liaison between the Bridge marketing team and Stripe’s brand and demand marketing teams, ensuring that we leverage Stripe’s global reach to maximize the adoption of Bridge’s innovative solutions. Marketing Strategy: Build and execute a marketing strategy in partnership with Bridge product, product marketing, and sales leadership. Partner with Bridge product, product marketing, and GTM leadership to better understand the market, user needs, and priority products and messaging, and then build plans to bring those products to market.
Brand Management: Work closely with Bridge and Stripe leadership to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging around Bridge across all platforms.
Demand Generation: Define and execute full funnel regional marketing plans including digital marketing, demand generation campaigns, sales prospecting programs, virtual and in-person field events, and third party tradeshows and conferences. Partner with product marketing and comms to develop high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and other collateral that supports these initiatives.
Grow Reach via Stripe: Engage with Stripe demand marketing leadership to build Bridge into Stripe campaigns, events, and marketing programs to maximize understanding of Bridge’s value proposition among Stripe’s prospects and existing user base. Partner with Stripe’s marketing and SDR teams to ensure efficient demand capture and effective demand handoff to Sales.
Build the Marketing System: Partner with systems teams to identify and install the right-sized Marketing automation systems and tech stack. Optimize for immediate marketing needs while also planning for the long term. Work with the Stripe Marketing Systems team to identify what existing Stripe systems can be leveraged.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts

The annual US base salary range for this role is $185,000 - $277,600. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
