1. Stripe Console Services.

These terms (“Stripe Console Terms”) are Service Terms for the purposes of the Agreement, which supplement the General Terms and govern User’s use of the Stripe Console Services. Capitalized terms that are not defined in these Stripe Console Terms have the same meanings given to them in the General Terms. The Stripe Console Services are Preview Services.

2. Use of Stripe Console Services. 

2.1 User’s Obligations. User must independently verify all proposed actions before execution.

2.2 Services Restrictions.  User must not, and must not enable any third party to, use the Stripe Console Services to:

(a) make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals, including decisions regarding creditworthiness, employment, housing, insurance, or the denial of essential services; 

(b) circumvent or bypass any Stripe Dashboard permissions, access controls, or confirmation prompts implemented by Stripe; or

(c) export, transmit, or store Protected Health Information.

3. Data Use & Third-Party Integrations.

The Stripe Console Services are powered by third-party generative artificial intelligence models. User acknowledges that User’s prompts, queries, account data, and related contextual information will be transmitted to and processed by these third-party providers to generate the Stripe Console Services' output. 

4. Preview Fees.

Stripe reserves the right to apply or change Fees, including applicable Taxes, for the Stripe Console Services, subject to any notice period required by Law. User’s continued use of the Stripe Console Services after the Fees become effective constitutes User’s acceptance of the Fees.

5. Liability for Stripe Console Actions and Automations. 

User is responsible for all actions, mutations, and configurations executed via the Stripe Console Services on User's Stripe Account as if User had taken the action itself. This applies even if User did not review the action, the action exceeded the intended authority, or the action was caused by bugs, hallucinations, or misinterpretations by the artificial intelligence.

6. Disclaimer.  

Stripe provides the Stripe Console Services utilizing generative artificial intelligence, which is experimental in nature. Outputs generated by the Stripe Console Services may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unresponsive. User must independently evaluate and verify the accuracy, reliability, and appropriateness of all outputs—including data, code, recommendations, and proposed actions—before relying on them or permitting the Stripe Console Services to execute any financial or operational actions. Stripe provides the Stripe Console Services “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and does not guarantee service levels or availability for the Stripe Console Services.

7. Definitions.

“Agreement” means the Stripe Services Agreement between Stripe and User located at stripe.com/legal or as otherwise agreed by the parties.

“Stripe Console Services” means the AI-native execution environment embedded in the Stripe Dashboard that allows users to interact with their Stripe account using natural language, query data, and deploy automated agents or workflows.
