Wero is a pan-European instant payment mobile app, allowing customers to make secure payments through the Wero app or their banking app. By using Wero through Stripe, you agree to comply with the following terms in your use of Wero, which supplement the provisions of the Stripe Services Agreement with respect to your use of Wero:

1. You will ensure that your website includes the following information:

a. Registered business address;

b. Privacy policy;

c. Customer service contact details (telephone or email); and

d. Refund and cancellation policy.

2. Where technically possible, Stripe will make available to you a procedure to register and handle complaints from your customers. 

3. You will comply with Wero’s brand guidelines, including ensuring that Wero Marks are present in accordance with these guidelines, when Wero is offered to your customers.
