1. Terms of Service.
These terms of service (“Faster Payouts Preview Terms”) supplement the terms of your Stripe Agreement and govern your use of Faster Payouts. Capitalized terms that are not defined in these Faster Payouts Preview Terms have the meanings here and shall govern if they conflict with defined terms in your Stripe Agreement.
2. Preview Services.
Faster Payouts is a Preview Service subject to the limitations in Section 2.6 of the General Terms of the Stripe Services Agreement - United States.
3. Faster Payouts Conditions.
a. Faster Payouts is only available for Payment Methods and currencies designated by Stripe in the Documentation and for Stripe Accounts that Stripe has enabled for the service.
b. Stripe will transfer eligible U.S. dollar settlement funds received from designated Payment Methods net of fees, Disputes, Refunds, Reversals and other amounts owed to Stripe to your User Bank Account within one Faster Payout Business Day after a Transaction has been successfully captured, unless a Payout Delay occurs or Stripe exercises a right under your Stripe Agreement to withhold or delay the transfer. For Faster Payouts, Payout Delays also include the unavailability of, or delay by, a card or clearing network; or delays resulting from (i) where fraud or sanction screening is required or requested by Stripe, its Financial Partners, or recipient banks, (ii) a recipient bank is not directly integrated with the clearing system used by Stripe, or (iii) your User Bank Account is not supported by Stripe (e.g., a savings account, money market or investment account, multi-currency account, or foreign or correspondent account).
4. Faster Payout Fee.
Stripe will charge User the Faster Payout Fee for each Faster Payout.
5. Extinguishment of Stripe Liability.
Stripe, its Affiliate(s), or a third party designated by Stripe may settle a Faster Payout to you. Once a Faster Payout is settled by or on behalf of Stripe to your User Bank Account, Stripe’s payout liability to you in respect of the payout will be extinguished, and Stripe will have no further obligations to you with respect to that payout.
6. Termination of Faster Payouts.
You may terminate your use of Faster Payouts with respect to an eligible Stripe Account at any time in the Dashboard, which will become effective on the next Faster Payout Business Day. Thereafter payouts for such Stripe Account will be made in accordance with the default Payout Speed for the applicable Territory and Payment Method.
7. General Disclaimer.
Stripe provides Faster Payouts “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by Law, Stripe does not make any, and expressly disclaims all, express and implied warranties and statutory guarantees with respect to its performance under your Stripe Agreement, these Faster Payouts Preview Terms, and the Documentation, including as related to availability, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, and the implied warranties arising out of any course of dealing, course of performance or usage in trade.
8. Definitions
“Faster Payout Business Day”, means weekdays on which banks are generally open for business in User’s Territory.
