This speaker release (“Agreement”) relates to your participation as a speaker at a Stripe event (“Event”) and is a legal agreement between you, on your own behalf and on behalf of any co-presenters from your company (“Speaker”) and Stripe and its affiliates (“Stripe”).

Speaker and Stripe agree as follows:
1. Speaker gives Stripe permission to record Speaker’s presentation and any related materials (the “Presentation”).
2. Stripe will own the copyright in the specific recording of the Presentation (the “Recording”) and may use that Recording and the Presentation in any way.
3. Stripe can use Speaker’s name, likeness, image, voice, biographic information and company logo (including a one-color version of the company logo) in connection with the Event, the Presentation, and the Recording.
4. Stripe will not pay Speaker any compensation for Speaker’s participation in the Event, or for the rights that Speaker grants to Stripe in this Agreement. If Stripe agrees in advance, Stripe will compensate Speaker for Speaker’s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with attending the Event.
5. Speaker releases Stripe from any claims related to Stripe’s use of the Presentation or the Recording.
6. Speaker will protect and keep confidential all confidential information disclosed to Speaker by Stripe, use it only in relation to the Event and not disclose it to any third party without Stripe’s consent.
7. Speaker warrants that the Presentation is Speaker’s original work, Speaker owns the rights to Presentation, and Speaker has the authority to grant the rights in this Agreement.
8. This Agreement is governed by California law.
9. Stripe may modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version, but the terms of this Agreement as of the date Speaker agrees to them apply to Speaker’s participation as a speaker at the Event.
10. Except as this Agreement otherwise allows, the parties must agree in writing to any modification of this Agreement.
