1. Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Terms - Platform.

This Addendum - Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Terms - Platform (“Addendum”) applies to your delivery of the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Service and supplements the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Platform Terms and the General Terms. To the extent that there is a conflict between the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Platform Terms and this Addendum related to Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Services, this Addendum will prevail.

2. The Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Services

The Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Service is a Preview Service through which you may enable Stripe Treasury for Platforms Accountholders to initiate a Check Send from the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Dashboard (“Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Service”). Each Check Send initiated through the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Services is an Activity and a Financial Account Transaction.  

3.  Enabling Check Send

3.1 To enable Stripe Treasury for Platforms Accountholders to use Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Services, you must: 

(i) embed the Check Send Technology into your Stripe Treasury for Platforms Dashboard;

(ii)  provide Stripe the transaction information Stripe requires to initiate and complete a Check Send; and

(iii) ensure each Stripe Treasury for Platforms Accountholder accepts the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Terms - Connected Accounts.

3.2 Stripe shall not be liable for any delay in production, sending or delivery of checks.  

4. Services Restrictions 

4.1 You must not enable or allow any Stripe Treasury for Platforms Accountholder to use the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Services other than for the purpose for which they are provided and in accordance with all applicable Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Services Documentation.

4.2 You must communicate the limitations of the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Service to any Stripe Treasury for Platforms Accountholder with access to this Service, including:

(i) any aggregate daily, weekly, and monthly maximums or minimum Check Send amounts;

(ii) any single Check Send limit or minimum amount;

(iii) any Check Send volume limitations; and

(v) any other limitations described in the Documentation.

4.3 You are responsible for communicating any relevant information or requirements (including changes to the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Terms - Connected Accounts) to your Connected Accounts using the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Service.

5. Your Use of Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Services

This Addendum does not apply to your own use of the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Services. If you wish to use the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Services, you will be subject to, and must comply with, the Stripe Treasury for Platforms Check Send Terms - Connected Accounts (and you will be considered to also be the Platform Provider under those terms).

6. Definitions

“Check Send Technology” means the technology that allows your Stripe Treasury for Platforms Accountholder to create a Check Send through the Treasury for Platforms Dashboard.

“Check Send” means the creation of a check and sending of a check through the Check Send Technology.
