1. Multicurrency Settlement Services.

These terms (“Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms”) supplement the Agreement and govern your use of the Multicurrency Settlement Services.

2. Permitted Use.

You represent and warrant during the term of these Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms that you will only use the Multicurrency Settlement Services in a manner consistent with these Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms, the Agreement, and the Documentation. 

2.1 Multicurrency Settlement may be used by a User to settle a transaction in a currency other than their domestic currency, and as described further in the Documentation. 

3. Multicurrency Settlement Services.

3.1  Availability. Stripe does not guarantee service levels for the Multicurrency Settlement Services.

3.2  Reliance. Your reliance on the Multicurrency Settlement Services is at your own risk. Stripe is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising out of or relating to the accuracy (or inaccuracy) of the Multicurrency Settlement Services, and any actions that you may take based on the Multicurrency Settlement Services.

3.3  General Disclaimer. Stripe provides the Multicurrency Settlement Services “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by Law, Stripe does not make any, and expressly disclaims all, express and implied warranties and statutory guarantees with respect to its performance under these Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms, the Multicurrency Settlement Services, and the Documentation, including as related to availability, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, and the implied warranties arising out of any course of dealing, course of performance, or usage in trade. 

3.4 Fees. For each Multicurrency Settlement, Stripe will charge User the fee listed in the Documentation. 

4. Term and Termination.

These Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms are effective upon the date you first access or use the Multicurrency Settlement Services until the first to occur of (a) Stripe making the Multicurrency Settlement Services generally available to Stripe users in the Territory; (b) Stripe’s decision to stop offering the Multicurrency Settlement Services to you or in the Territory (which Stripe may decide to do at any time, in its discretion); (c) your ceasing to use the Multicurrency Settlement Services; or (d) termination of the Stripe Agreement. You will be bound by these Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms each time you access or use the Multicurrency Settlement Services. If Stripe makes the Multicurrency Settlement Services generally available, your continuing use of the Multicurrency Settlement Services will be subject to such terms as Stripe may specify at such time.

5. General.

These Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms are subject to the Agreement. To the extent these Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms conflict with the Agreement or any other agreement between the parties, these Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms will prevail with respect to the Multicurrency Settlement Services. Except as modified in these Multicurrency Settlement Terms, the Agreement remains in full force and effect. Capitalized undefined terms used in these Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.

6. Definitions.

As used in these Multicurrency Settlement Services Terms, the following terms have the meanings specified below:

“Multicurrency Settlement” means a settlement using Stripe’s multicurrency settlement feature, as described in the Documentation, to User’s Stripe account.

“Multicurrency Settlement Amount” means the total amount of an Multicurrency Settlement.

“Territory” means the territory where you receive the Multicurrency Settlement Services.
