Consumer adoption is outpacing business readiness for agentic commerce

The results show that 81% of consumers already use AI for shopping, and AI-referred traffic is converting above site average for most businesses. Yet only 11% of businesses are operating live integrations, despite 63% believing they are ready for agentic commerce.
