The team is responsible for the growth and expansion of Stripe’s diverse set of growing clients, ranging from mid-market through to large digital native and enterprise customers. As an Account Executive & Regional Lead for NZ, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing new business relationships to managing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand Stripe’s footprint within existing accounts. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can execute on long-term sales strategies, engage with internal and external stakeholders, align on technical and business requirements with product teams, build value in competitive situations, lead commercial negotiations, and close deals. You will also act as the regional lead for the business in New Zealand and will be expected to craft a strategy to engage new and existing customers within the region.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is NZ$265,600 - NZ$398,400. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
