- Identify the exact requirements needed: Understand an account status quickly, without needing to look through webhook logs. View clear instructions on how to resolve, and take action.
View all accounts
The Accounts to review Dashboard provides a list of all your connected accounts with open risk, verification and onboarding requirements.
Toggle between tabs to better understand and manage requirements for accounts. Tabs are based on account status:
Tab | Description |
---|---|
Action Required | This tab is displayed by default and is pre-filtered to show all active accounts with open risk, onboarding, or verification requirements from Stripe or from your platform. By default “active” connected accounts are defined as:
Your changes to these filters are automatically saved. To see all accounts with required actions, remove the existing filters. |
In review | Contains active accounts where either (1) information has been submitted to Stripe for review or (2) Stripe is conducting an account review. Capabilities for these accounts might or might not have been reinstated while the review is ongoing. |
Rejected | Shows all accounts that have been rejected by Stripe or your platform. |
Within each tab, you can customize the filters to narrow the list of connected accounts that are most relevant to you. You can filter by:
- Payments capability status
- Payouts capability status
- Issuing capability status
- Account status
- Verification requirement
- Volume
- Last payout date
You can sort accounts by volume or due date. In the Rejected tab you can also sort by whether or not the account has appeals. Please note, volume for Standard connected accounts without platform controls are not available in the Accounts to review page.
Depending on the connected account configuration, you can action accounts directly from your Dashboard. The more drawer gives you the option to reject accounts, resume payouts, resume payments for any accounts your team has flagged.
Manage individual accounts
You can use the Stripe Dashboard to inspect, support, and better understand your connected accounts. The fastest way to find a specific connected account is to search for it in the Dashboard—most often, by name, email, or metadata.
Alternatively, you can access individual accounts from the Accounts to review page of the Dashboard. Click an individual account from the accounts to review page to determine exactly why an account has been flagged and has its capabilities restricted. This will direct you to the Actions required tab on the connected account details page.
Onboarding and verification requirements
You can still resolve onboarding and verification requirements on behalf of your accounts in your Dashboard. You can do this from the Actions required tab on the connected account details page.
